These Terms of Use govern your use of the MultiWeek application.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using MultiWeek, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the application.

Use of the application

MultiWeek is provided as a personal productivity tool for viewing and organizing calendar information. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its normal operation.

Calendar data

MultiWeek displays calendar information obtained through Apple’s system frameworks and from calendar accounts configured on your device (such as iCloud, Exchange, or other services). The accuracy, availability, and synchronization of that data depend on the underlying calendar services and are outside the control of the MultiWeek application.

Third-party services

Some features of the application may rely on external services or data sources. The availability and accuracy of those services are not guaranteed and may change without notice. Use of such services may be subject to the terms of the respective providers.

No warranties

MultiWeek is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the application will operate without interruption or error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or other indirect damages.

Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time as the application evolves. Continued use of the application after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
